DUTIES:
- Warmly welcome customers, establish a relationship of trust, and demonstrate a serious commitment to customer satisfaction
- Help customers choose a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their answers in order to identify their needs
- Explain product performance, features, and benefits to potential customers in the showroom and during test drives
- Describe any optional equipment that the customer may wish to purchase
- Professionally explain the terms and conditions of long-term leasing versus traditional purchasing based on the customer's needs
- Follow up on sales and prospecting
- The main tasks are listed below, but the incumbent may be assigned other duties

- Experience in automotive sales is an asset
